Q&As

We are in our first quarter year of service as we are a new start-up. We are however, well set up and have met all parameters for the delivery of a safe and responsive service to our service users.

We use service user's tools and equipment as we offer services in the safety and comfort of their homes. All personal care tools are available in service users' homes. Where these are not available we recommend that these be procured for an efficient service

Satisfying the needs and wants of our service users

We are passionate about helping our community - adults and/ or the aged

We are well skilled and well-qualified a team of personal care givers who are dedicated and passionate about social care provision to the needy.

We provide services in service users' homes. However, preliminary enquiries about our services can be handled online where family members or potential service users can receive answers to their enquiries.

We have updated our Covid - 19 monitoring processes and protocols to ensure quick diagnostics by staff and professional colleagues to take swift action to enable those affected to receive treatment/attention in time.
