Citrine Healthcare Limited is regulated by CQC .Regulated Activity - Personal Care Domiciliary care services, supporting individuals living in their own homes, assisting and improving the quality of their lives whilst maintaining their independence and personal choices. Our aim is to make everyday a special day for our service users. We achieve this by providing person centered care to each one of our clients, caring is our passion.

Our leadership team maintains direct health and social care experience and the team are experienced social workers with management experience, a former director in Education and a Physiotherapist. The team lead from experience and install their values of excellence , compassion and quality into Citrine Healthcare Limited. Our Registered Manager has Physiotherapy background , worked in Discharge to Assess team . She has experience of caring for people with Dementia, Parkinson's, Stroke , Head injuries, Athritis, Incontinence issues, MS, MND, reduced and poor mobility in their own homes.

We understand that reabling and enabling approach is a key feature in delivery of domiciliary care as maximise independence through helping individuals to regain or develop self-help and independent living skills. We have the skills and knowledge to ensure our carers work with an enabling approach with service users to maximise recovery, reablement, enablement and independence.


We are a service that provide :
• Domiciliary care- helping with personal care, meal preparation, dressing , bathing and grooming, prompting to take medication
• Live- in care
• Light domestic duties
• Palliative care
• Companionship and befriending service.
• Escort to appointments, hospital, GP, shopping, bank and social events
• Sitting in service to give the main carer a break
• Getting up and putting to bed service
