Discovering Christov is like finding the rarest shell on a secret beach. He brings calm to your soul, beautiful music to your ears and warm gentle uplifting exercise to your body, presented in a multitude of different ways. No one walk along the beach with him is the same yet, over time, there is a rhythm to his classes which you and your body will not wish to miss. I have been taking Christov’s online yoga classes for the past year. His offering of Hatha and Dynamic flow along with Yoga Nidra make for a very varied, stimulating and relaxing program of learning. Always beautifully choreographed with a fabulous playlist of world music, Christov’s classes are uniquely enjoyable.
He communicates his personality and humour as a very generous attentive and enthusiastic teacher. Having trained in India he has a broad knowledge which he shares to make learning yoga with him very broad, embracing the philosophy and inspiration yoga has to offer as well as teaching asana and pranayama.
I would not hesitate to recommend Christov’s classes to people of all levels. I joined him after 4 years of experience and he’s taught me the beauty of slowing down and stilling myself- not an easy task!

Testimonial - So I was working out in a gym on a regular basis, getting a good sweat on while cycling but something was missing. Purely on a whim I joined WeMe Yoga thinking it would improve my flexibility. Now I wish I had found yoga so much sooner! At the beginning the Christov focuses on preparing you mentally for the session ahead with a variety of poetry or wise words to focus your mind. The warming of the muscles and internal organs is gradual and progressive. Controlling your breathing is developed as the yoga poses become more challenging and as you control this breathing your movements become more fluid and you feel stronger. A final relaxation leaves you feeling energised for whatever you have to do next. Christov brings a very ‘mindful’ approach to every session and I know both physically and mentally that WeMe Yoga sessions are working for me. More...

I booked these lessons to relive work stress. I found Christoph to be kind, highly professional and very in tune with my needs. I left every class feeling healed and ready to re-enter the hussle and bussle of life in London. I also have a small baby, and he was able to empathise with the stresses of being a new mother and design the class accordingly. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to do a yoga class that is both physically satisfying but also spiritually rewarding. More...

I come away from Christov's yoga sessions feeling amazing!
Christov is a relaxed and well-informed teacher, his classes are both dynamic and meditative. We start the classes gently and gradually move through a sequence to more energetic and dynamic postures. Christov teaches Hatha yoga which is largely breath-orientated; he guides you through the postures with demonstration and gentle instruction. I highly recommend Christov's light-hearted approach and guidance.

Christov is one of the best teachers in yoga, breathing and meditation in my experience - and I've been doing yoga for absolutely years! I arrived completely tensed up (as you do in London!) on Saturday for a session designed to relax and heal, and left feeling on top of the world - Christov managed to change my mindset completely and I felt like I was walking on air! I had a one to one session with Christov. He came to my house a little ahead of time and was very courteous and considerate. He asked me a lot of questions about my general well being and any problems before we started, so we ended up focusing of my lower back problem area. It was very helpful as the class was tailor made for me and released my back tension. He gave some tips for a few position to do at home as well. I have already signed up for six more sessions.
