A multidisciplinary professional with 15+ years of experience that include fashion and graphic design, visual merchandising, marketing, data analysis, business development and customer service. I am formally trained as a fashion designer, however my diverse professional experiences makes me adept at assisting in graphical design needs, supporting business growth through process optimisation and administration, and aiding in developing business support tools to improve organisational productivity. Furthermore, with a continued interest in professional development, I am a recent nanodegree graduate of User Experience (UX) design and a practicing (Shopify) website designer.

In my last career of 10 years, I successfully aided the rapid growth and business performance of a (young) commercial high street business entering the UK by improving overall operational and process efficiencies, and enhancing the visual merchandising function for the business in order to optimise sales. This was achieved by developing sustainable key best practices, training and supporting tools, to designing graphical visual guides and creating a new strategically planned store set-up guide that ultimately reduced the set-up time by half and improved on cost savings significantly.

Although new to freelancing, I thrive on new challenges and wish to offer value for my skills and knowledge to support both young and established businesses alike.
