Initial training might be good, but everything else about this company is a badly run mess. Support is horrific, upper management is run by zombies and their policies and procedures are more likely to harm a carer than actually support them.

As a former worker l can recomend them. I worked as a self-employed carer and l must say l have never been out of work longer than 1-2 weeks. They have excellent communication with the carers, they will reach you on the phone if you are in the UK or outside. The application process is quick, they deal smoothly with references, they are efficient. They have great support as well. If you need work, they will give you work. And the pay is every week. Christies live-in care means people who need full-time support are able to continue living independently in their own home. We arrange for a professional carer to come to live-in with you, providing personal care and support for a range of conditions, so you can live life as you wish.
Hourly Home Care.
We’re there when you need us - from as little as one hour a week. Sometimes you just need a little help now and then, or someone to call in and check how things are going. For this, our home care visit service is ideal.
We will arrange for a skilled carer to visit you and provide personalised care as little or as often as you need it. Whether it’s an ongoing arrangement or simply needed for a set period of time, we can be as flexible as you need us to be.
Short-term care.
Short-term care can be required for many reasons. It may be someone needs help while recovering from an illness, physical injury or surgery, or perhaps temporary relief to caregivers who need a break from providing full-time care. Whatever the reason, we’ll provide the necessary support and care to help individuals regain their independence and return to their normal daily routines.
