What do you love most about your job?
Assisting the people who need it most, seeing somebody improve from their condition.
Knowing we have a great team of carers and office staff who can provide the service we are confident in delivering.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing family members failed by care providers, I wanted to start my own company to ensure that we do not fail somebody in need of care.
Working in Home Care for 10 years myself, and learning the process from being a carer to managing carers. It became an opportunity to start a business in care which I took so that I could make an impact on the decision I would make and be accountable myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
As a company we have on 30 years experience in home care across the UK, we have award winning training for our carers so we are confident in providing the best care possible. We have a great support network across the Christies Care Brand and with other professionals.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are following the government guidance for home care services, and we have good stock of PEE for the carers and we look to minimise the risk at all times where possible.
