Chris has been brilliant in sorting out a new mortgage in order for us to be able to move home. I don’t think it would be happening if it wasn’t for Chris and his knowledge of mortgages and getting us the best deal.

I honestly couldn’t rate Chris any higher. He’s tremendous at what he does and a real professional at the same time.

I’ve used a few different brokers in the past and felt like they haven’t got much time to talk to you, explain any questions you have and you always feel they just want to get you off the phone and rush through your application. However Chris is the complete opposite... he always takes the time to go over any queries and you can always have a good chat with him.

I feel like I’ve uncovered an absolute gem and everyone who I’ve recommended through to Chris have been extremely impressed at his knowledge and ability to answer any questions there and then.

We had a historical Fair Credit, however this never phased him and he knew what we needed to achieve, eventually delivering us a completely suitable product to kickstart more financial freedom, navigating us away from an extortionate old style Northern Rock mortgage. Very helpful and professional. Was there every step of the way until the mortgage was in place. I initially enquired in June 2020 but I’d only just come out of furlough. He advised me of my affordability and suggested I waited a few months to get some decent wages behind me as I’m commission based. After a few months i reached out to him as he was the best I’d dealt with and he picked back up where we left off .by this time the offer of £0 charge had expired but Chris agreed I could still pay £0 as I enquired when the offer was there which was a nice surprise for me as all the costs soon add up. My mortgage application was not a smooth one either. I will 100% use him again and recommend him to others. More...

We saw Chris recommended on a first time buyers Facebook page and we are so glad that we did! We had been mislead by another broker in the past and lost out on a house so to say we were a little nervous was an understatement. Chris has been amazing from the start. One of us didn't have the best credit history but with Chris' help, we have a great mortgage rate- much less than we have been expecting. He has dealt with any questions whatever the time of day and really took some of the stress out of the process.
When problems arose he explained everything to us clearly and had solutions and options already in the pipe line which was so reassuring. He has really been fighting our corner and clearly knew all of the lenders on the market really well. We never dreamed that buying a house was a real possibility but we have now lived in our new home for 2 weeks and still can't believe it!
