L Canceled the first 2 visits the 3rd visit was arranged I txt the day before to check if she was coming she replied yes see you tomorrow.
She didn't turn up and did not contact me either after I txt to ask if she was on her way an hour after she should have been with me!!
No response. Very very disappointed as changed my work commitments to be home for her first visit!!!

How long have you been in business?
I have been self employed now for over 12 months.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I can supply my own cleaning products apart from the hoover and mops.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety of the job and also getting to know the clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a single parent and finding employment around the school times was proving difficult, so I decided to start my own company to help me work around my family.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a friendly person and easy to get along with.
I'm also hard working and work to the highest standard.
Most of my clients have all been through recommendations.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Some of my clients prefer to be out when I clean so I am a key holder.
I keep social distancing where ever possible.
