I myself have not trained with Nadine however my young grandson trains with her and has blossomed in his confidence and self esteem. I would recommend this Club to anyone, child or adult, who is interested in martial arts, exercise and personal development. More...

Master Nadine Thomas really cares about her students' success and is a great mentor for kids, teens or adults. A highly experienced martial arts educator, Master Thomas has built a fantastic instructor team in Kingswells. It’s such a wonderful activity, the people you train with become your friends and sometimes you can feel as close as family. We all look out for each other and under fabulous training of Nadine, or any of the chief instructors it’s always a fun time. I’ve been training with Nadine since a young age and I wouldn’t trade that experience for anything. Being a part of Choi helped me in life with resiliency, communication, confidence, and character building. More...

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing students progress, and build in confidence in everything that they do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to share with students the knowledge I have acquired over the last 2 decades.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been training for over 24 years and am very experienced in Choi Kwang Do. I have been continuing with my own development by attending international seminars and by having international assessments.
Many of my students have continued to train beyond achieving their black belt, and indeed have opened up their own schools. I encourage a fun, friendly and safe environment to train and learn discipline and respect. I have also worked with many students with varying medical needs and can be adaptable as and when required.
