Justin had access to the same system as the other two brokers from Romans estate agents and the bloke in Amersham. I chose Justin as he was a local personal recommendation and was competitive on price. From the outset he worked every day to find the best deals and for innovative solutions for my triple remortgage. Being local I could just drop documents through his letterbox. When the TSB application stalled he phoned his contact at the bank to resolve their computer anomaly. A consumer buying through the internet wouldn't be able to do this. Top marks Justin. What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy the social aspect of the job. I've known some of my clients for many years and its always great to catch up with them, as well as looking after their mortgage needs of course.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to balance my lifestyle better. After years of growing the finance arm of a major estate agency, I felt that it was time to put into effect the lessons that I had learnt in order to build an excellent customer service focused business with a more personal touch.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because of years of experience, a customer focused service and access to exclusive deals. In addition we are paid mostly by the lender so are highly cost effective. There are many brokers out there but you only find out if you have a good one if things get difficult with an application. That is when the experience and contacts are needed.
