Yes, we provide a remote-only package.
We provide remote home care like no other. Our dedicated home team will take care of everything from preventative and reactive maintenance requests, to last-minute repairs and emergency call-out visits.
We understand that not every client requires our full-service packages, perhaps you spend most of the year in your home, or already have live-in staff. Whatever the reason, you can sleep easy knowing that you still have our expert guidance, fully vetted contractors, and experience property managers just a call away should you ever need them. Our service provides 24/7 cover for any emergencies and we guarantee to have the relevant engineer/s onsite within 1 hour.
With our service, you can enjoy your home without stress and long phone calls. If you ever need additional onsite support we can sort that out too for a fixed hourly fee and our packages are fully flexible, so can be upgraded or taken down at any time to suit you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our staff are now vaccinated and wear full PPE (gloves, shoe covers, and masks) during any visits to your home. We ask all our contractors to do that same when carrying out works.
