What do you love most about your job?
As a homecare provider, l love the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the individuals l care for. It is rewarding to be able to provide support, comfort and companionship to those who require it and to help them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
l have a passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact in their community. l also have personal experiences caring for loved ones and wanted to extend that to others. The need for quality homecare services also contributed to the decision to start the homecare business.

Yes, we offer virtual services for tasks such as providing companionship,offering guidance on activities of daily living. This service is for individuals who may not require constant physical assisstance but could benefit from regular check ins and support. However this will be discussed on assessment to understand the specific services required and if they align with our client's needs..
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The use of Personal Protective Equipment {PPE}. We ensure that all caregivers have access to and consistently use appropriate PPE, such as masks, gloves and gowns when providing care.
Hygiene Practices, we emphasize frequent handwashing for both caregivers and clients. We encourage the use of hand sanitizer and proper respiratory etiquette.
Vaccination, we encourage and facilitate Covid19 vaccination for both caregivers and clients, as per local health guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning and disinfection, we implement rigorous cleaning and disinfection protocols for frequently touched surfaces and shared spaces within the client's home.
