Chef’s Country Cuisine is a private chef and food company lead by award winning chef Sam Salway.
Sam trained in both classical English and French cookery and has worked closely with some of the top chefs in the South West. To further his career, he worked in France for 10 years, including 8 years in restaurants in Paris followed by 2 years in the South West of France where he ran a successful cookery school.
