What’s your signature dish?
I would not say that I have a specific signature dish as I do like to experiment but I am a big fan of seasonal fresh produce and I always try to source as local as possible.
However, I got to say that my Paella is just GREAT!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First I like to get to know my clients so I can get an understanding of their preferred foods and their needs and from that point I can either Taylor a menu or create a new one completely personalised to them. I also like to show people new foods that they may not have tried before but they will end up loving :)
Making a menu is like art just need to keep tweaking until you create a master piece.
What do you love most about your job?
There is no better feeling than putting smiles on peoples faces through food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a chef for over 17 years.
Working in some of the best restaurants and hotels that London has to offer. After heading many of this restaurants, I knew it was my time to start my own venture and make my own path in the hospitality sector.
