Chef Ben Harris

Ben was an absolute star. Articulate, responsive, and accommodating whilst planning the 'event' (a 10th-anniversary dinner at home, starring our 3 young sons by default :) ). Prompt and gracious on arrival. Efficient, organised and focused whilst preparing our meal: plainly a talented young chef who knows exactly what he's doing. Brought along some lovely place settings. Plated and served four courses, all delicious. The scallops were *outstanding*. Cleared and washed up whilst we hung around with our wine. Left the kitchen sparkling. Couldn't have been better, Ben.
