Many of our clients manage properties from distance but if you need someone to attend your property to carry out an Inspection, complete a check in/check out or allow access for a tradesperson then we can help. This is very different from a fully managed service as you have no ongoing commitment to use our services and can just instruct us on an ad-hoc basis. We are fully flexible and will endeavour to assist you in managing your property from distance. If you would like us to hold a set of keys for your property, we are happy to do this at no extra charge and all keys will be kept in a secure safe at our office and discreetly labelled to ensure the security of your property.

If you're an investor, you might not just be interested in purchasing property in your own Town or City. You might see something that takes your interest but don't want to travel for hours for a viewing. In this instance we can attend the property for you and produce an in-depth report on the property which will include photographs and videos of the property in addition to any other information you would like to know about the property. You will receive the report no later than 24 hours after the visit in PDF format which will give you allow you to make an informed decision as to whether you want to purchase the property or not.
