What a fantastic venue for a party! This weekend we hired the Needham House huge marquee for our daughter’s joint 1st Birthday and Christening celebration and it did not disappoint. Not only were the facilities spot on for what we needed but the staff were fantastic and couldn’t have done more for us. Afternoon tea during the school Easter holidays. Very pleasant with a fair selection of teas and happy to provide juice for the non-tea drinker. Sandwiches were fresh. Scones delicious, perhaps on the small side, however if you ate everything then you are comfortably full. Stayed over last night with Work for a company meeting. We enjoyed Dinner, Breakfast and Lunch - the food is outstanding! Even the Chicken Korma for lunch which was red ? I've never seen a Red Korma before, however it was delicious! The Hotel and grounds are very clean and very comfortable! I will definitely stay here again next year : ) More...

Got married at NHH on 21/7/18 and we are still on a high! Everything was perfect. Initially we were worried when the marquee issue cropped up, however it then worked in our favour having heat wave conditions and some lovely air con. All the staff at NHH are/were amazing! We have just returned for a surprise trip for my boyfriends birthday and had a wonderful time- the high tea was amazing, felt really special and was lovely sitting by in the tea room over looking the front of the house. The bar area was lovely where we had drinks, on arrival, before we went out to dinner and a night cap- breakfast was lovely in the morning to and our room I couldn’t fault, only that you could hear others in their rooms but I think that can be the guests not really caring not the hotel fault. Lovely overnight stay at The Needham. Was looked after from check in to check out. Lovely comfortable lounge and inviting bar area. Choice was extensive and the bar man new his stuff. Food menus in the evening and for breakfast were good but service in restaurant was a bit slow. Wonderful night sleep on the comfy bed and again lovely room decor. Just had cream tea at needham. They accidentally hadn't catered for me being veggie, which I stated on booking. They rectified the mistake really quickly and then gave me the whole cream tea complimentary which really wasn't necessary, but was a very nice thing to do. The hotel was set in beautiful grounds and we watched bunnies hopping about as we pulled up the drive. The receptionist was very friendly on our arrival as were the bar staff and waitresses that evening. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we could have needed with the exception of a small fridge. Held my daughter's hen here. From the initial booking through Lucy and organising the spa treatments with Nikki, we could not fault the efficiency. Nothing was too much. All the staff were so accommodating. The rooms spacious and the beds devine. Our thanks to Chris who was always there for us, so attentive and nothing was ever too much for him; from helping us set us our private dining room to ensuring the memory USB worked properly. He was brilliant. We were delighted that on the Sunday he was there for us again, when we had tea in another beautiful private room. Every hotel should have a Chris. The food: private dining, breakfast and champagne tea all excellent standard. The fact that we were able to have, what seemed like exclusive use of the spa relaxation and treatment rooms was a bonus.
