Charlotte 's shop is s delight. Situated in Hayes, right opposite the station, it was a real find when I required a much needed boost. I had to go to London and wanted to look my best (difficult, being a lady of mature years! ) Charlotte, and her lovely assistant transformed my hair.....I can never blow dry properly, and would only singe my hair if I tried straighteners, and then, wonder of wonders they worked magic with their makeup brushes and made me look glamorous. ..but not mutton trying to be lamb!The trip to London was a great success, many many thanks to Charlotte and her team.My only sadness is that I don't need to try on the gorgeous wedding dresses she has in her sumptuous Bridal Suite.But whatever your special occasion is...meeting, party, going to the races, or just giving your self confidence a boost this is the place to go. Charlotte will make you look and feel utterly amazing. I've been into the lovely studio in Hayes to be pampered ahead of a special night out, and I've never felt better. Everyone complimented me on how lovely I looked and my hair and makeup stayed put all night.I went home to change but there is a lovely shower room and dressing room which you can use if you'd like. I highly recommend Charlotte and Katherine, we hired out the shop to get ready for my wedding morning, and for Charlotte and Katherine to do our make up. From the day of first booking, Charlotte was very professional and very Helpful. Charlotte and Katherine are both very talented make up artists. On the morning of my wedding, Charlotte had set the shop up beautifully, and even had a bottle of champagne and breakfast nibbles ready for my bridesmaids and I. Charlotte and Katherine made me so welcome when I arrived for my mother of bride make up trial. I knew the look I wanted but was open to advice and Katherine listened attentively to everything I said. She is totally professional and I was delighted. On the big day she travelled to my hotel in London and it was the most relaxing experience I could have wished for. I received numerous compliments and felt fabulous. And what a find in Hayes! Charlotte’s shop is amazing - a little oasis of calm. Charlotte did the make up for our wedding (her shop wasn’t open yet or I’m sure I’d have found a dress there too! ) I felt thoroughly spoilt and pampered, as did all of the bridesmaids and mother of the bride and my mother in law. I was very pleased with my make up and would thoroughly recommend. I’d also recommend if you just want a little pamper before that special night out, or a beautiful space to hire. More...
