The last 10 years of my agency career I have been as part of the senior leadership team. What do you love most about your job?
I love the impact I can have with my client to feel confident in who they are and able to step forward and live the life they want.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in marketing agencies for 25 years plus and as much as I loved the fast pace, creative element of my role my wanted to have more impact on the team I was leading. Many moons ago I studied Psychology and I have always had a passion for people and how mindsets drive behaviour and performance. I decided to pivot in my career to lean into the coaching & mentoring element of leadership so I qualified with the leading UK Coaching provider, The Coaching Academy in 2020 and started my own Coaching business. I still work with leadership teams in agencies, helping them drive team performance and develop their leadership skills. I also work with corporates, individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and founders to help them build the lives and businesses they want.

I work with many of my clients over Google Meet. This is a simple video call that you can do from your own home or in a quite place in the office.

Personal Development
We all struggle sometimes with negative talk and feeling we are not good enough. This can have a damaging effect on our ability to achieve what we want in life. I work with my clients to develop a Growth Mindset. To learn how to lean into their strengths, identify what really matters and build their confidence to step out of their fixed, comfort zone, and start to build the life they want.
Corporate Training/Workshops
I offer corporate training for teams on a range of different topics. If you want a one off session, maybe a learning lunch on empowerment, time management, communication skills - no problem. If you need a partner to develop a team away day, where your focus is relationship building, improving communications and developing a high performing team - I can help. I have plenty of experience across all sectors in delivering corporate training days.
