About

I understand that life is not always easy. It's ok to not be ok. I believe that however difficult things may feel, life can feel easier again. Therapy can be helpful at these times. I am an Integrative therapist and see people face-to-face or online.

Attending weekly sessions with Charlie has changed my life. My counselling journey has been very up and down, I have felt consistently supported and encouraged, and as though however I am feeling is ok. I have learnt how to manage my emotions and am able to get through tough situations with a much clearer head. I look forward to my sessions every week and I feel I owe Charlie so much, I will never be able to thank her enough for this journey. She is a great counsellor and I would say to anybody considering getting in touch, absolutely do and it will be one of the best and most life changing decisions you make. More...
