How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through laughter and hard work. I want to help you find that joy within exercise and to also not even realise you are working out.
We will have clear goals and achievable targets, so you can reach whatever it is that you want for your life.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and trust. You have to trust the process otherwise it won't happen and to make it happen, you must be consistent with your training and what you choose to eat.
Also when looking to loose weight, remember focus on loosing the first Kg and the focus on the next one, and the next, and the next. That is how you win!
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people. I love seeing the joy on my clients faces when they realise they have hit a target or lifted something they didn't think they could.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having the personal touch is really important to me. When you work for a larger company, that individual touch can be lost. But when it's just you, then their is nothing better.
Why should our clients choose you?
My style is different and I won't weigh you down with too much jargon. Nor will I destroy you in the session either. I will have you getting stronger and fitter with out making you hurt too much the day after!

Yes! I will be opening my services to the Online platform using Zoom, Skype and even FaceTime.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I keep a 2 meter distance and clean all my equipment between clients. If we are in the Online set up, that COVID isn't something we need to worry about.

Online Personal Training
Online sessions will be what you want them to be. From Consultation, Nutritional coaching to 1-2-1 online sessions from the comfort of you home. You will have the chance to start your new exercise journey, without the intimidation or time consumption of going to a gym.
