My boiler broke two weeks before Christmas, I was panicking, I’ve used numerous different tradesmen before, some who don’t show up when they say they will, some that leave a a right mess when they’ve finished and overall I’ve often been left feeling I was being ripped off. I’m so glad I rang change, not only did they underquote anyone else I’d rang, they provided the best service I’ve ever had. They told me the job couldn’t be done for 5 days because of the amount of emergency calls they were receiving with the cold spell. But the morning after accepting the job they arrived with multiple heaters to help me get through the week. They arrived a day before they said they would and got my hot water back on and while on the roof, the plumber Chris, noticed a loose tile and fixed that for me. I told him a radiator in the back bedroom hadn’t worked properly for years he fixed that too. When doing the gas safety check, I had a small leak on the hob, he fixed this also. Such a professional job, they even hoovered when they’d done, you couldn’t tell they’d been there. Such a nice, pleasant and professional team, I definitely would recommend them and will use them again if the need arises. Thanks again. More...

We booked Change Glazing and Locks to come and replace some failed units in our home. We also thought we would have to replace a whole bay window. However, when the chap (sorry, I’m awful with names) came out to quote for us, he said that the frame could be saved and cleaned up, thus saving us money! There was just one small problem which was rectified straight away and that was really down to a lack of communication and, possibly the fact that some time had elapsed between the quote and us asking for the work to be done. In that time the bay may have deteriorated a little more and the first attempt at cleaning and restoring it wasn’t as successful as we’d hoped but, credit where it’s due, the firm immediately (within an hour) sent someone back to have a look and they rectified the problem much to our satisfaction. Their customer service is excellent, as is their workmanship, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We shall certainly be using them again for any further glazing (and plumbing) needs. More...

Absolutely love my new French doors and bay window. James came to measure when he said he would and got my quote back to me promptly. The 2 lads that came installing left absolutely no mess whatsoever. Professional, reliable, well priced! They even put a screw in my blind strings to attach them to the plastic without me even asking. The attention to detail was second to non. I have plans to use them in the future for replacement high security locks, servicing existing French doors, and fixing a broken lock on a existing window. Would recommend without hesitation!
