I am still waiting for answers regarding my guaranteed top-up hours and double-time payments. It's really quite frustrating to continue waiting for answers which were raised a long time ago (since MAY). Margaret Paton said that they would contact Payroll to resolve the issues still outstanding with my payslips and nothing has been sorted out so far. I was advised that my expenses would be paid and all the other issues would be resolved. Actually, I continue to have issues with my wages which is NOT acceptable! Very poor service..Carers late or didn’t turn up at all. The whole organisation is poorly managed and most Carers had no experience as stated. The care provided to my mother was totally uneacceptable and doesn’t reflect the claims on their website.
