Arranged a 90k Bridge for a buy let won at auction. Ideal finance solution for buying property at auction as it’s quick and guaranteed when secured against an asset which I did on another property. I will pay the bridge back in 12 months with little interest. I paid 4% broker fee after the finance was arranged which was £3600 cheap as chips. More...

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new clients and getting that deal over the line, I love that positive reaction from a client when we get a mortgage agreed, especially when they struggled arranging finance before. We have a very good relationship with high street & challenger banks, we can help with adverse credit having ccj’s or defaults. A diverse & flexible specialist finance company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
