Paul was very efficient and came to visit and quote for the job on the day he contacted me. He made really useful suggestions about what materials were needed and where improvements could be made, and promptly did high quality work once materials had arrived (it wasn't an urgent such as a leak).

I had a flood on New Year's Eve which was devastating. They came the day after, working all night very hard and sorted out everything, also taking care of the furniture I needed to move and store, in order to allow the floor to dry out.
The material they used to substitute the broken pipe inside the wall is first class quality.
They do jobs to last. Extremely professional.
Very rarely have I seen such dedication and professionalism as in Paul and Nick.
