We took on Jo and her team at the beginning of the season last year for both our holiday cottages and our glamping site. Jo’s attention to detail is excellent and she demands high standards of work from her team also, always willing to address any issues and constantly striving to improve. She has proven to be reliable (even at her busiest times, when asked to do extra cleaning at short notice), flexible (working in less than favourable conditions) and good value, and; with her bubbly, upbeat, no problem attitude and personality, she is a pleasure to work with. We took on Joanne and her team just as peak season was about to start, which was far from ideal I am sure. It was a big change in operations for Newgale Lodge but Celtic Cleaning have always stepped up to the plate, nothing was too much trouble and they truly worked their socks off every time they came here.
