They did a 2 day deep clean on my house what I rent out. They walked with me through the house at the beginning and we talked about my worries.

Celoch cleaning solutions have been absolutely incredible from start to finish. Their customer service is top tier, they're quick to respond, happy to help you with any queries and nothing is too much. Lee was quick to respond to any questions I had and I had complete confidence in arranging my first time getting an end of tenancy cleaning.

We were moving into a new house and when the cleaners were finished, the place was spotless. On top of that they were able to get all of the gunk out of the oven, remove a few yellow marks in the kitchen we thought would never come out, and made the carpet look so much cleaner than it was. The whole house felt so fresh once they were done and they were both really lovely people.

Hi margaret Im sorry to hear that you are not entirely happy wirh our service. When we issue a quote we base it on the areas you have asked for to be cleaned. We then add this to our job sheet for our technician to work to. As you can probably appreciate, we are very busy and had other jobs booked throughout the day, so unless its specified that you want an area cleaned the we wont do it. Thank you for your business. Booked Celoch company for an end of tenancy clean.They moved the date on the day of cleaning. Done cleaning the next day.Only 4 hours cleaning including carpet and oven for a 2 bedroom house .Very poor quality cleaning.We didn't get our deposit back from our agency due to poor standard of cleaning.Wouldn't recommend to anyone More...

How dare you try and blame us for your lack of care you showed your rental property. We completed a maintenance check before carrying out the clean on your property and found a broken toilet with a leak, wallpaper pealing off the walls, blinds broken, the oven had heat damage on the hob. We done a walk around with your relative and facetimed you and showed you the issues which you apparently knew about. The reason you didnt get your deposit back was because of the state you left the property in maintenace wise. No amount of cleaning would have fixed a toilet or painted walls. Stop trying to tarnish our good name and respect a rental propery next time instead of abusing it. After speaking to your agency they have confirmed the deposit wasn't returned for maintenance issues, not cleaning.

Today celoch done amazing job doing an end of tenancy clean on my 5bedroom house. The two ladies that came was both polite and efficient. They did an amazing job.
