After the company I hired online to do the end of tenancy clean rescheduled and then failed to show up, Gina was recommended to me by our letting agent as she was in charge of cleaning the communal areas as well and I can't thank her enough for agreeing to do the job on such a short notice. They did an end of tenancy cleaning and it was spotless plus fantastic oven cleaning. She also sent me pictures of the newly cleaned flat with consideration to getting my rent deposit back.
