I am content to be working with Ceeda Care Services. They are well trained and friendly, and most of the time I get to have the same carers, and I appreciate the consistency of this. When new carers are introduced, the manager takes time over a number of sessions to be sure that they understand what is required in my case. The carers generally arrive promptly, but traffic conditions where I live mean that times can vary a bit. If they are going to be arriving at a significantly different time, the manager notifies me by SMS text message, which I appreciate. If there are problems, or if for some reason I need to alter arrangements, I can text the manager and I always get a prompt response. I am happy to recommend Ceeda Care Services. More...

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Currently, the safest form of care is home care, which dramatically reduces the risk of infection from person to person transmission. For hourly care services, Ceeda Care Services has minimised the number of carers required to provide care for each client to ensure human to human contact is at its lowest possible level. Our staff have adequate PPE and regular training on infection control.

Our Services
Live-In-Care - A professional carer lives in the same house as the person receiving care and provides support around the clock. It is recommended to anyone who needs full-time care but doesn’t want to abandon the comfort of their own home.
Day Care - This option may be preferable to those who need assistance with certain daily activities, such as washing and dressing, mealtimes, companionship, escorting to appointments or social events, but do not require round-the-clock support.
Night Care - A good night’s sleep may be difficult to get for many reasons, including lack of mobility, anxieties over being left alone and some medical conditions. Night care can provide necessary support with toileting, medication, and mobility assistance
Respite Care - The prospect of leaving your loved one whilst you take a short break from your role as their carer or go on holiday can be a daunting one as you want to ensure that your loved one is still well cared for. During this time, you may consider finding a short-term, part-time or live-in carer to care for your loved one whilst you’re away.
