Good enough for a coffee, but having had lunch today, the food just wasn’t worth what was being charged. We were asked to come back as they were busy but there were empty tables and it seemed busier when we came back, but we were seated. Not given the right menus, didn’t wait too long for the food but others around us certainly did. Other thing I didn’t like was the gratuity charge, which was 20% and added to the bill before it reached us. Unless it’s a large group of people where perhaps a service charge is appropriate, gratuity should be up to the customer and reflect the service they received. As I say, I’ll grab a coffee but won’t be back again for food. More...

Staff went above and beyond today, moving us to a table indoors when my parents became too chilly outdoors, offering to watch my daughter's specialist trike parked outside, then going out of their way to cover the leather bike seat with a plastic bag when it started raining, without being asked. Great quality food, but do not go there if you are tight on time. Service takes ages even just to take your order. Booked a table for breakfast and was given the breakfast menu, but until the server came to take the order the kitchen had already stopped serving breakfast. We were still waiting for our 2 friends to join us, so the server’s excuse was that she was waiting for them to arrive, but prior had not checked with us if we were gonna order for them (which we were).
