Over the years CDMS Sussex has established an enviable reputation for providing exciting, meticulously designed and constructed individually styled homes as well as all types of residential modifications such as basement conversions, house extensions, conversions, specialised out-buildings and annexes, conservatories and orangeries, library, dens, bathrooms and loft conversions.
CDMS Sussex has been involved with the regeneration of older and protected properties.
In 2018 we were very pleased to receive the Small Scale Residential Award for the conversion of a Grade 11 listed property. We are determined to continue to maintain the skills, methods and techniques to upgrade, repurpose or renovate historic or period properties. CDMS Sussex has undertaken many barn and out-building conversions using both the ‘old ways’ in conjunction with our highly advanced ecologically driven, energy efficient, systems to conserve and restore original features.
