Such poor customer service, do not use this company. Poor products and even poorer customer service.the product has not been ruined, it was simply opened and put back into the box by the fitter. i am not trying to force you into anything, i am simply letting others know, so they don't get caught out by this. And i will continue to let people know, as is my right to.and to be clear by resolve, you told me you would not refund me or replace the item. i would have to purchase a brand new piece of glass from you. If you think that is good customer service then, i am happy to share this. To be clear, ti was also told by the sales assistant that i would be able to return it, if any issues arise. anyway, just want potential customers to know your policy, so they don't get stung like i have. Easy bathrooms Basingstoke were amazing. First visit was totally mind boggling as there was so much to see. Second visit we were greeted by Tim Marks who took us under his wing and gave us lots of useful information which helped us choose our perfect shower room. I had bathroom fitted earlier this year, bought all products from Birstall branch. The quality of goods were very good and reasonably priced. I dealt with Matt silver there, and I can’t thank him enough, he was extremely helpful and like I say nothing was any bother to him. Great Show room and amazing customer service!My new home was all build with materials from this fantastic shop. The showroom is impressive and we are able to upgrade and change completely and redecorate since the choice never ends! but what I was really impressed was when I needed to replace some materials that got damage in time (after 3 years of heavy usage), they offered me the parts with ZERO cost! Where can I actually begin...From start to finish the wonderful team at the Leeds showroom have been incredible! Firstly Duncan sat us down with a full run through of the design taking each and every thought and idea into account. He helped me choose every element of the suit and was so helpful in what can be a daunting process. He wasn't afraid to advise us of what may not work and offered a solution to any issues... Then Lorraine helped us with the tile choice, she listened to our ideas and found ones that would best suit our plan. And now they are in they look divine!! Matt went above and beyond helping us with a mishap with a delivery of tiles (which was our mistake) and Morris was the happy, friendly voice on the end of the phone who swiftly helped me out on numerous occasions!The team at Birstall helped us with a change of order on 2 occasions and I cannot fault them. Outstanding high quality products and customer service at Easy Bathrooms (Glasgow) with fantastic prices giving an easy 5 out of 5 rating. Cannot fault this company or the service we received (for my elderly father) from their employee James who dealt with us. Delighted with the overall price for such quality products and the ease of the whole process. Visited the Glasgow showroom on a busy promotion day and booked an appointment with James that suited our time better. James walked us around the showroom confirming all our items and found a few extra items in their extensive brochure at our request although the vast majority of the products we took where already on display in their very large display showroom. We then sat down with James while he clearly talked us through the whole process including cost and was able to provide us with the contact details of a recommended bathroom fitter. They also have a fantastic system that notifies you by email of any change to your order. ie after the fitter attended property and we realised more tiles would be needed. The extra tiles required where communicated to James via the fitter so we didn't have to worry about anything. James was also in-contact will doing a plan view for the bathroom to ensure there would be enough space for the new fit out. Once both James and I where confident the layout would work we where then provided with 3 very high quality renders of different views/angles of the bathroom which I feel was a fantastic bonus. James even arranged for the fitter to collect all our items from their showroom so that they didn't take up the limited space at my dads flat before getting fitted. Having been in the building industry for circa 25 years and dealing with various personnel it was a pleasure to work with Sylvia of easy bathrooms Peterborough. We came to the Derby store during the road closure and at the time it took us 45 minutes to make a 10 minute journey but it was more than worth the hassle. We have had 3 different design options created for our large en suite and the help and advice we received was fantastic. Staff in store had knowledge off not only bathrooms but plumbing as well which made our minds up on where to instruct our builder to purchase. Very happy with our experience from start to finish. Choosing was very easy with the range easy bathrooms have for every aspect of a bathroom. Steve was very helpful.All delivered on time, no damages as items well packed , a couple of tiles had been broken which is to be expected but were replaced straight away. We Did have to order extra tiles for one bathroom as needed more for cutting and wastage. But no problem. Easy bathrooms were at hand if needed from start to finish. All items ordered are to a very high standard.Paul Brewer and the other Paul are excellent fitters and nothing too much trouble. Very precise with their work and no rushing. We were Well informed if they needed to know where accessories would go and they explained everything right the way through. Very tidy workers too, we didn’t have the mess or dust we were expecting.All in all an excellent experience and money well spent. The Easy Bathroom Team supported us from start to finish. We were reassured throughout. The team were knowledgeable, friendly, realistic and had great ideas. We were so happy with the products, the styles, the quality and design service. They even had storage facilities to hold on to everything for when our plumber was ready to start. The products arrived within days of asking for them and every single item was in pristine condition. You always hear nightmares about the bathroom furniture arriving damaged or flawed, but this wasn’t. This meant that we didn’t have to worry about delays to the plumbing work. On entering the Easy Bathrooms showroom in Peterborough, we were initially impressed with the quality and range of options. Whilst thinking that this was most likely out of our price range, we decided to sit down with one of their members of staff to find out. Daniel walked us through all the options and discussed our requirements. Within a mater of days we were sent a 3D render of our new bathroom. Wow. Daniel had created a beautiful and creative bathroom that was well within budget and comparable in price to the boring and unimaginative offerings from their competitors. From that moment forward we knew we were getting our new bathroom from Easy Bathrooms.
