We first contacted CB planning at the end of 2016 needing technical drawings for a side and rear extension to our 3 bed semi, Chris provided great advice and we had drawings submitted for planning approval by the middle of January with planning approved on the 16th March, I hear horror stories all the time about issues and delays with planning permission, we didn’t have a single problem and I’m sure much of this was down to CB planning. We later made modifications to the original plans and again Chris helped us to painlessly amend the planning permission. Chris @ CB Planning was a great help in drawing up plans for my single story extension, He handled all the paperwork when submitting these for planning and managed to help me get a full refund as the extension was for a disabled person. He could not do enough to help from redrawing plan’s when the council wanted some alterations, through to contacting the Water Board to ensure everything was above board. It must have adequate height. A minimum of 2.6m from floorboards to pointed top of truss is required.
Suitable space to land the stairs. However this would normally be above existing stairs.
