Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
1. Tanking it so its damp proof,
2. Building double skin wall with brick ties
3. Roofing it with felt and tiles so its water tight (fascia and soffit after)
4. Insulate and plasterboard
5. Floor it
6. Windows doors
7. Electrics and plumbing
8. Plasted and paint
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Planning permission. And with a little healthy advice from a quality reliable builder like myself
