Well just to let you know that threatening this girls with the legal actions will actually bounce at you back. Your company has been reported to HMRC for not paying on time or trying to avoid the payments at all, which under Employment rights act 1996 is protected. If you’re looking to be employed by them please be aware that they do not pay you on time! It’s been a week since I am trying to get my pay. Other people have the same story as mine just check their profile on Google Maps and read the reviews! I was told that the money bounced back to their account (which hasn’t happened a month ago when I got paid first time). After this I was told that I will receive a cheque next day which I haven’t even to this day. I have asked for proof that she is trying to pay me and she told me that she will ask the accountant for it and again I have nothing to this day. Today 20th of March me and my partner went to the office just to be kicked off at the reception by the director who was upset and nervos that we didn’t make an appointment. He was surprised that I wasn’t payed and kicked us at reception to wait for his colleague so she can show me on her laptop all the proof I need. When she finally came she said that she hasn’t took the laptop to prove me that she is trying to pay me and promised that I will get my pay tomorrow with a cheque that I will pick it up from reception. I have all the screenshots with every day of working and every conversation that ever existed between me and them. I won’t delete this review until I will get all my pay for February and also the pay for March which I hope I will get next month with all my accrued holiday. It is not fair to do this to somebody that just wants to work and hasn’t done something wrong. If you cannot afford to employ just don’t.. You’re just playing with people’s life. I do not recommend working for this company for a few reasons. 1) after leaving, it took me over two weeks after payday to receive my money from them. They claimed to have sent two cheques in the post but I never received any of them. Me and my friend both tried emailing but they claimed to have never received our emails. I finally got my money after sending a family member to their office. My friend who has also recently left cavendish is now having the same problem, it’s over a week since payday and still hasn’t received their money. Turned up to the office to collect their cheque at a time the manager asked, only to find out no members of staff were there. 2) I left my job because of the way the business support manager, Anna, spoke to me. I’m not the only one who’s had bad experiences with Anna and her attitude towards staff and people who call up the number listed on cavendish website. I’m giving Cavendish Cleaning a 1 star review as I do not recommend working for them. The first reason I wouldn’t recommend working for them is they are hard to get into contact with. They do not have a staff work number and only have a number for the office which usually goes to voicemail, even when you phone between 9:30am - 2:30pm which are the hours the Anna states they are open on the recorded message. This means you cannot contact them urgently and have to wait for a call back. They do have an email address but again these are not always responded to quickly. The second reason is because I was not listened to when a photographer came in to take photos of us working. I made Carl aware multiple times that evening I was not comfortable with my face being in the photographs used on their social media and yet they still were. After emailing I was told they were going to contact the HR team and I then had to get in touch with the photographer myself and ask them to remove my photos, which is something I think one of the managers should have done. The final reason is how hard they make it to get paid when you leave the company. Me and my friend have both had trouble getting our cheques from them as 2 of my friends went missing and they also aren’t regularly in the office to go and pick them up and will not wait for you to go there. Meaning we both got paid later than we should have done and I showed up when they claimed no one was in the office and yet Anna was. Grace, from Cavendish cleaning is superb, a ray of sunshine around the offices. The site is very dirty, due it being a construction site in progress, with several contractors in muddy footwear. I’ve been a customer of cavendish cleaning for a year now. And I can’t recommend them highly enough. My regular cleaner Anna is an absolute godsend. I honestly dont know what I’d do without her. The house is left spotless, everything is gleaming and the little touches such as folding my towels like it’s a hotel, I just love. She’s great with my dogs, they adore her, and just sorts out the house to the highest standard. I booked a 2 hour clean with Cavendish. What I got was a 1hour clean that they are going to invoice me for the 2. The cleaners didn't clean all the rooms either.
I rang Carl to question this, all I got was attitude from him. He didn't care that I was upset over this. I said I wanted to cancel my contract and he couldn't care less.
SHOCKING SERVICE I DON'T RECOMEND THIS COMPANY. Reply to this review was a long winded email to make me look stupid but sorry i am im the right, at the end of the email you put all im paying for is the 2 hours cleaning provided which was only 1 hour as id informed 11am till 12pm =1 hour!

Antiviral Fogging
Fogging is a specialised cleaning method, which involves spraying a fine mist of antiviral disinfectant solution to sanitise surfaces.
