Paul provided a three course dinner menu for our friend’s birthday at a private residence. The menu choice offered was exciting and when the food was served, we were not disappointed. We booked Paul to cater for my birthday party and from the first contact with him, I cannot fault anything. Every email was met with a follow up phone call and he came up with a choice of stunning buffet menus which he was happy to change around to suit our taste. We had two guests with dietary requirements and he faultlessly adjusted these dishes to suit and on the night clearly identified all dishes to my guests. The food was amazing and everyone was blown away with flavours of all the dishes and deserts which were out of this world. Paul and Steve produced an amazing three course meal for 19 within 2.5 hours of arriving at our house. They were responsive when we first posted, provided great looking sample menus, provided quotes that offered excellent value for money. Everything on the day ran smoothly, the food was perfection and they left our kitchen as they had found it. We had such a lovely meal made by Paul for my mums 60th birthday! Highly recommend!

Paul cooked for a group of 16 friends and family in honour of my husband’s birthday. We were staying in a holiday house in Westgate-on-Sea for the weekend. It meant we could maximise the short time we had together relaxing in the beautiful West Bay House. We put the banquet table to good use in an effortless manner due to the delicious fine dining experience Paul provided.

His 24hr gravy, excellent quality Angus beef, were the highlight for me, followed closely by the flavourful starters, beautifully presented and rich desserts. My kids gave the Fajitas the thumbs up and in my view they were better than restaurant quality.

I will definitely have Paul back again for other celebrations. Our experience with Paul has convinced us there is no better way to entertain. More...

From the first contact to saying goodbye at the end of the evening he could not have been better. We have guests staying at our home frequently and we are more than delighted to recommend Paul as a private chef - he has delighted both ourselves and our guests, he is passionate about his ingredients and creations, respectful of our kitchen, and most importantly - his cuisine is a joy to look at and eat!

Paul has cooked for us about three times and each meal was fantastic. The quality of ingredients he uses is very high and tastes Manding. He does “extras” like make you canapés, bake you bread for starters, make you vegetable crips or even leave you an extra pudding! Paul is an excellent Chef and recently created a magnificent menu as we celebrated my Mum’s 70th Birthday at home. Paul was very responsive and flexible in the run up to the day, adjusting the plan as requirements changed. Paul is an awesome chef! We’ve used him a couple of times for intimate dinner parties with friends and family and EVERYONE agreed it was the best meal they’d ever had! Paul took a quick brief before preparing amazing menu options but remained flexible and made some changes. On both occasions, the food has been out of this world and meant our guests were blown away. We have used Paul quite a few times now and he’s always been excellent. He is great at suggesting menus but open to changing for our personal preference or dietary requirements.
Food is always exceptional and it is like being in a top class restaurant, especially as he serves the food as well!
