What do you love most about your job?
I love that I always learn with my clients as every person is different and there is no "one size fits all approach". I love to see the transformation of the people I work with and the ability to dive into different challenges which will become great achievements. There is no boring day!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt tremendously stuck in the rut! My life was ok but I lacked passion when waking up in the morning - passion about the day to come. Only when I was able to truly work according to my personal values and to spend quality time with people I could support in their careers (& lives eventually), I felt purpose...and I loved it. That's when I decided to make my personal passion/hobby a profession. I had already qualified as a coach in 2015 and since then, I have continued my personal and professional development. Being able to work with individuals and groups from different backgrounds, industries who face very different and yet similar challenges and to eventually make a big contribution to the quality of their lives feels pretty amazing!

I have been working in senior leadership positions for the last 10 years and have experienced the impact of our ever-changing business environment that became the new normal.
I am a member of the ICF and qualified with the ACSTH (currently training for my ACC qualification) and coach in English and/or German.
I can proudly say that I am not part of any consultancy group. My work has always been based on a human level, which has allowed me to develop strong relationships with my client's. My services are tailored to support people on a face-to-face & virtual basis, which means that I can work with teams anywhere in the world, on a mid to long term basis.
