Catherine recently did the makeup for myself and my three bridesmaids at my wedding. I could not have been any happier with her work! We all looks absolutely beautiful as a result of her talent, even if I do say so myself! Catherine did my makeup for my wedding in August. From the beginning she was professional and easy to chat to. Catherine put me at ease during my trial after having a bad experience with a different makeup artist a few months previous. I didn’t really know what I wanted but Catherine listened to what I liked and disliked and what my colours were and she created a look that suited me perfectly! I had a pretty awful experience having a wedding make up trial elsewhere, I looked like an ‘80’s disco diva! As an older bride (48! ) I had lost all confidence and didn’t know what to do. Catherine is a fully trained make-up artist who is excellent at listening to her clients when it comes to giving them the look they want. I was after something extra special but still wanted to look like me so I asked Catherine for a natural make-up finish and she did just that. Catherine did the make-up for my mum & I in preparation for her surprise 40th wedding anniversary and was fantastic. I chose her specifically because when I looked at her page it was updated with photographs and the make-up was clearly modern and keeping up with new styles and trends. Her make-up room (even though she's moved now and it's probably even more impressive!) was amazing, like a star's dressing room with a huge variety of make-up. She started by asking us all about our skin, the make-up we usually wear and what look we prefer, so she clearly knows exactly what she's talking about! Cat did my wedding makeup and 4 bridesmaids. All my bridesmaid are very different in style from full face to never wearing makeup. She managed to do them all in the way I wanted all within ways they felt comfortable all looking stunning. As for my bridal makeup I was so happy with it And I'm rather fussy.
