I am Self-employed lady who is hard working and know the job responsibilities. I have level 3, 4 and 5 in social care management which is beneficial to my work. I have 10 year experience in working in care settings.

How long have you been in business?
I have worked for eight years in care industry. I have worked with learning disabilities, elderly, complex and also with children.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping and making a difference in people's lives, also making them laugh and enjoying every bit of their life. I enjoy baking with clients while having a laugh.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by my grandmother who was sick and no one to look after her. I decide to quite my job and look after because she couldn't feed or dress herself.
I put a smile on her face everyday "she said". I enjoyed helping and i would like to do the same to others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very passionate about my work, that why i took further my education to level 5. I am also going to be updating my short cause for example, health and safety, manual handling, food and hygiene, safeguarding just to name a few.

I provide my services in person only because you need to be physically there with the clients to help them with their everyday day things.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I use the right ppe and i follow the guidelines.
I am also had all my covid vaccinations.

Assistance with personal care, house work, medication administration, meals preparation, assisting with mobilisation, been there for to talk to and helping with shopping where needed.
