Hello. I am a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist with 15 years experience in Private Practice. I have also worked as a psychotherapist in organisations including the NHS.

I was trained at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling, (BCPC)and have a Masters degree in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy from Middlesex University. I am a registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, (UKCP)and am bound by their code of ethics.

My work is rooted in Humanistic, Existential, Psychoanalytic and Intersubjective theory and practice.
I believe that relational difficulty is at the heart of psychological pain and anguish; relationships from the past, relationships in the present, and our relationship with ourselves and our life. It is through the therapeutic relationship that old wounds may heal, new insights might be sought, and a sense of empowerment may be rediscovered.
How we reach that place of empowerment is as yet not known, that is for you and I to discover.

I work from a quiet, ground floor room, with no wheel chair access.
