The team have just cleaned our L shaped corner sofa…told by other companies this could not be cleaned. How wrong they were…sofa is like new! Excellent service from Carpet Fresh, my dog had an accident on my living room yesterday and they managed to come out the same day and got rid of the stain and smell. I thought it was just one patch however Steven brought a UV light and I asked him to check other parts of the house and could see a few other areas, which were then also treated. 10 days for an appointment which they cancelled then wanted me to wait total of 3 weeks, very disorganized, poor customer service can not recommend.
