My first time meeting with a Spell caster and I have to say, it's really worth it. It had been 6months since my husband left me without saying anything. All thanks to Dr Tunde I was able to connect with my husband again with his powerful reunion love spell and now he loves me more than he used to. Eternally grateful with The Great Dr tunde I highly recommend, His contact details babatundesolutioncentre1@gmail.com or on his WhatsApp number +2348143581382 More...

I have been seeing Caroline as my counsellor for a couple of years now and have felt and experienced many changes; I have become more confident, more happy and more myself since receiving counselling from Caroline. She is considerate, empathetic, reassuring and very quickly allayed any concerns I had receiving counselling in the first place. More...

Q&As

I love being able to support people to safely unravel what is going on for them, to develop a trusting relationship that builds self esteem and confidence. When people come in unsure sometimes of what it is they need, and working alongside them as they find their way to a clearer happier future. I enjoy supporting people to know what they didn't think they knew, to make choices or changes they might not of known they could. To perhaps enjoy life in way they haven't for a while.

I am a Person Centred Counsellor, this means for me that I am led in part by the client, if they need time to establish trust and feel safe, then I feel it is important that they be able to have that time. It can be very difficult to ask for help and approach a counsellor and it takes time to build a relationship especially if there have been attachment or trauma earlier in life. Starting my own private practice means I can offer this to people, if you want 2 sessions that is fine, if you want 100 sessions that is fine, and if you dont know what you want, that is also fine. You are at the centre of all the work and your autonomy is paramount.

Choosing a counsellor is incredibly important, regardless of what approach they offer, studies show it is the quality of the relationship that contributes most to client improvement and change. Therefor clients should choose me if they like what they see on my website, what they read here or on my facebook page, if they feel I might be the right counsellor for them. Feel free to contact me, it might help you get a better sense of how I work and who I am.

Services

I work in Private Practice which enables me to offer a Person Centred Approach that is unique and specific to each of my clients needs. I am able to work short or long term and have flexibility around times and days that I am available to meet. I am primarily person centred in my approach to counselling however I have other modalities that I can bring in to sessions if I feel they will be of benefit to the person I am working with. I counsell and support people that are experiencing difficulties around life transitions and all aspects of mental health, in particular I have undertaken further training around DID and dissociative issues. I am insured and a registered member of the BACP. Please feel free to contact me for further information.
