Carola is the best yoga instructor ever! She is the best thing that happened to me in 2020. She changed my life. I was depressed and her yoga really really helped. She tailors the session according to your needs and level (I was a complete beginner). I never get stressed or bored with our sessions, they are always the right intensity. I always look forward to our yoga session and always feel great after. Thank you carola for everything! More...

Carola was my very first experience of having a private one to one yoga teacher. At first I was hesitant as for me having a yoga instructor is someone you need to feel comfortable with me and someone you can feel you can advance your knowledge and skills on yoga from. Carola was exactly that, from my very first session I instantly engaged with Carola. I had allot of things I wanted to achieve from yoga from getting the benefits of the relaxation breathing side to start my day. Through to actually performing yoga as an alternative to working out. Carola had taken on board what I wanted and tailored the classes to exactly that. I am also someone who is quiet spontaneous and as Carola had really taken out her time to get to know me prior to the session starting she picked up and on that and on days when I felt I needed a more power flow of yoga she was able to tailor the class she planned to that. If it weren’t for Carola I would of not got into yoga and realised the true benefits of it. She really is a amazing professional teacher not only is she highly skilled passionate and knowledgable in the area she is very personable and warming. I am excited to continue to learn from Carola. Carola is a very caring and receptive teacher. She is very good at detecting her student's energy levels, discomforts, mood, and adjusting the class accordingly. I like her teaching because of her relaxed and competent vibe. I also love when she's sharing the yogi knowledge, particularly in yin where she often describes the benefit of each posture. Overall she's a well-rounded teacher and I'd recommend her class to anyone. More...

Carola is the best yoga teacher I worked with. She creates an environment that allows you to listen to your body. In this way you experience yoga that is tailored to you and your needs. Can’t believe how much I improve my yoga practice after every session! More...

Carola makes each yoga session about you, your specific goals, and she listens to every breath and watches every movement along the way to make sure you are getting the most out of your session. Carola has incredible knowledge about the body and yoga but more importantly she communicates incredibly well. This means for the first time I am not just nodding and going along with any move without fully engaging and understanding why it is useful.

My previous experiences in yoga classes have been either feeling bored or the class is moving so fast I am struggling to keep up with it and there is little individual attention paid to help make modifications specific to me (for example, there are some stretches I've always struggled with and for the first time I realise it is simply because my natural range of motion is not very good in some places so I just need to find other stretches). Whatever you want from a session Carola is there to make it happen and to make you feel comfortable every step of the way... even if you are a complete novice like me!

Carola’s practice is stimulating, energizing and very easy to follow, for beginners and advanced yogis alike.

She tailors her class to each individual by focussing on whatever part of the body you’d like to work on, creating a flow that’s different every time.

Her passion for yoga is infectious; so much so that now I can’t go one week without practicing. Would definitely recommend her!

I was not new to yoga when I first tried Carola's class and she was one of the best teachers I have ever had. Her classes combine both physical and healing parts. Whatever type of yogi you are you will find yourself satisfied by attending her class. If you are lucky enough to be in a small class you will have the chance to get a wonderful and relaxing head massage.
From a technical point of view, she is very careful and corrects postures accordingly to your body. Warmly recommended

Yoga Therapy - bespoke sessions according to individuals needs and preferences. Working on common musculoskeletal ailments, stress, anxiety and burn outs. Sessions are 90 minutes and clients are provided with a bespoke take home practice to regularly permorm for optimal results.

Dynamic Yoga (Vinyasa, Power) - Energetic flow to improve stamina, strength, and flexibility. Each movement is married with the breath. Open level with multiple options offered according to the student's experience and capabilities. Students break a sweat and feel energized and relaxed.

Slow Flow (Hatha) - Great for beginners and experienced students alike. A slower pace of the class, perfect to focus on alignment and slowly build up strength. One posture per class is workshopped to give students the time to learn.

Calm (Yin) - Calm and relaxing yet providing deep stretch. We hold postures between 2 to 5 minutes to stretch beyond the muscles into the connective tissues and fascia. Yin can be really healing and a great introduction to mindfulness. Great for athletes that are really tight or to help manage stress and anxiety.

Breathe (Pranayama) - In this 30 min session, we learn to breathe and use yogic techniques to come down the nervous system. Research has shown that yogic breathing techniques help to switch to the parasympathetic nervous system and help relax and calm, enabling the production of alpha waves in the brain.

Breathe and Stretch (Yin & Pranayama) - My signature class - a mix of long-held Yin postures and grounding breathwork techniques. Perfect to rest and relax.

Stretch and Acupressure - For more adventurous calm practitioners, interested in learning about Traditional Chinese Medicine Theories of Meridian Lines and Elements. Mixing long-held postures with acupoints pressure to stimulate the flow of Qi (vital force)

Meditation - 30 Minutes sessions to learn to meditate. Techniques taught: body scan, one-pointed on the breath, mantra.
