I have been always fascinated by capturing precious moments, the mood of a landscape, the beauty of the colours and shapes of what was on the other side of the lens.
When I work with you, I'll capture just that, the essence of what I am looking at.

Where to start...! Carola captured the real essence of our wedding day - we were absolutely over the moon with the results. She was clear and professional throughout the process before the day, and then a lovely person to have around during the festivities. We received our photos within 10 working days as agreed and we were so happy with what we saw. It's definitely the best money we've spent throughout the wedding process, as it's justified all the other expenses by capturing exactly what we planned, envisioned, and hoped for. Carola was able to capture the essence of our guests, too - not just the still, statue-esque poses expected but the real heart of the interactions that took place on the day. Plus, for someone very insecure about their looks, she made me look amazing! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you x More...

Carola Berdi took charge of the photos for my wedding. The result was a beautiful set of formal and informal photos of our day, our friends and family. She was able to capture the atmosphere of the day incredibly well, often working without much light on a March day in Wales...Her extremely gentle nature also enables her to create a rapport with those who she is photographing very quickly, making the results the best that they can be. Can't recommend enough... More...

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Depending on the project is the kind of questions I ask. Normally these questions relate to location, number of people involved, what is the objective of the photos taken, etc. Every photo shoot is different so I listen to the needs of the clients and we start from there.
What do you love most about your job?
Photography has been a passion of mine since I held a camera in my hands for the first time, 20 years ago. My job gives me freedom and variety, it is fun, I get to meet and know many people, and best of all, I give people something to treasure.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be independent and I wanted to work doing something inspiring and that I loved.
Why should our clients choose you?
I love talking about your ideas and I'm open to working something out between you and me to create the perfect photo shoot for the best results.
