A firm local favourite in every way. Staff very accommodating and friendly. A relaxed place to escape to! Tasty food and good value. I have just visited again and tried your new vegan Milanese. I was very disappointed that you seemed to be trying to make it taste like meat! The texture and taste was mimicking a meat dish! I chose it because I love vegetables. I was told it contained beetroot, onions and mushrooms. I couldn't taste anything but a strange livery flavour with a most unpleasant texture. I thought you would have really embraced wonderful fresh vegetables. What a let down! More...

We went for a meal this evening and the service was brilliant from start to finish. Alessandro, the manager, was very considerate of my nut allergy, taking care to check that what I had ordered was suitable for my needs. The service was quick and the food was delicious. Despite the weather being grey and miserable on Saturday morning, it was lovely to come into this branch of Carluccios and get greeted by the smiles of the team and manager Monica. I'd been away for a few months and cant wait to sit on the beautiful revamped outdoor seating area when I next visit and it's sunny.
