I cannot tell you how happy l am that l now have a lovely man ,who charges reasonable rates and was able to fix loft ladder with the minimum of fuss
Also ,at 77 years old l was happy to have Carl in house
Some work people over the last few years have freaked me out

Carl arrived at time set , put me at ease as soon as he came in , l am a 77 year old lady and over time l’ ve had some work people that creeped me out ,that was not the case here
The loft ladder was put back together ,Carl demonstrated that it was safe and working as it should ,added bonus put Christmas tree in loft for me
I would recommend Carl unhesitatingly,he made no mess ,didn’t try to extend time of work ,so glad l found the Bark site and they sent me Carls details
It was a pleasure to get a job done without worrying about the work persons behaviour
