Noisette of lamb with maple carrot purée, fondant potato, tender stem broccoli and caramelised feta.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
After consultation with the client to ascertain all like/dislikes and intolerances/allergies a menu is custom created from a simple two course supper to a full 7 course tasting menu.
I work to the ethos that your meal should be enjoyed three times: In anticipation; In consumption; In remembrance.
