Went to see Carl with my very bizarre phobia of not being able to get in the sea because of a fear of fish! I had 4 sessions and I’ve just come back from a holiday in Kefalonia with my grandchildren where I played with them in the sea every day and swam off of the back of a boat. Carl has such a calming presence. He makes you feel relaxed and welcome. I’ve been having 1 to 1 sessions of breathing therapy and it’s made a huge difference. I enjoy the sessions themselves, it seems to bring me a feeling of acceptance and strength. I always leave the session in a better state of mind than when I entered! Using the techniques to help cope with extreme stress and trauma has been invaluable. Carl is a genuinely lovely guide who makes you feel validated and I find our sessions uplifting.
