We have been working with Caritas for 3 years now and their team of carers continue to work professionally and with the utmost care and concern.
We work closely together constantly reviewing Mum’s needs making her as comfortable as possible and able to remain in her own home surrounded by her family.
On occasions when Mum has been admitted to hospital nurses have commented on how well looked after her skin has been which is vital and good to know.
They have formed good relationships and treat Mum and Dad with respect and good humour, always keeping their spirits up.

What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about our work is making a positive impact on people's lives which affords them value dignity and respect one person at a time. When we get that smiling gratitude in people's eyes it makes it all worthwhile.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My husband and I, having worked in the Healthcare industry for many years felt that we could make more of a contribution by affecting policy in how care is delivered so that care is always of the highest standard. We had witnessed many times the Care Package being just another caseload but we like to approach it from a personal perspective all the time. Its always about the person who so happens to require Care Package.

Homecare support services
We are there to support people to remain as independent as they possibly can and enhance quality of life. This might be assistance with Daily Living which includes personal care, medications , help with shopping , domestic chores to the more Complex Healthcare. We have fully qualified staff that can attend to conditions like Motor Neurone's , MS amongst other things.
If you get in touch with us, we usually can tailor an individualised support package that best fits need as we all know no one size fits all.
We offer daily home visits, set Social Visits to help access the community or Live in care.

You will never really be alone again as you will have a carer with you 24/7 (terms and conditions apply). Our suitably trained staff provide the right sort of help to ensure you will continue to stay in your home, where you will have a better quality lifestyle and more access to the community.
