We cn do meetings or call advice via zoom or team online when required with service users
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Provide all PPE needed for staff which is allocated to the service users home and not in carers cars. Both client & staff have access to regular covid testing.
We pride ourselves on keeping the same carer in the service user call to reduce spread of infections. Staff will keep 2 metre distance when they can and we double glove/mask when needed, inc: face shield or goggles.
